System requirements

macOS

• Operating system: macOS 12 or later
• Architecture: Apple Silicon (arm64) or Intel (x64)
• Disk space: ~200 MB for the app; additional space for the Android SDK / emulators if you use local devices

Mobile devices

• Android: Physical devices with USB debugging, wireless ADB, or Android emulators (AVDs)
• Cloud: Cloud Devices on plans that include cloud device access
• iOS: Support is on the way

Local tooling

• Android SDK / platform-tools — required for USB and wireless ADB (adb on PATH, or set the SDK path in Settings)
• Android Studio — recommended if you create or manage emulators (AVDs)

Network

• Internet access to reach Testral’s hosted backend (auth, projects, AI, billing)
• For wireless ADB, Mac and phone on the same local network
• Corporate firewalls that block device discovery or ADB ports may require USB instead
